Our belief in direct to source donation is our key foundational element. Over the past year alone, David Lahey, Founder and CEO of Predictive Success has donated over $250,000 to various charities in our local community. Predictive Success is a community of driven and innovative employees who “work hard, play hard”. They support a variety of charities across sectors including healthcare and cancer research, education, and clean water and food security initiatives for impoverished communities. Some of the charities they continue to support include St. Vincent De Paul, Holy Family Catholic Church, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Hamilton College, Chalice, Plan International, and Charity Water. The money donated goes directly to research and funding for the initiatives we support.

I have an extensive background in sales and customer service. A licenced REALTOR® with Royal LePage since 2008. I grew up in various parts of the GTA, and have lived in Durham Region for the past 19 years. I currently reside in Courtice with my husband and two children. I have had the great opportunity to spend nine years selling new homes for a top builder in Durham Region, this taught me a great deal about new construction. It also allowed me to make new contacts and build relationships in the trade fields.

All the while, I have continued to concentrate on selling homes and condominiums across Durham, the GTA, Northumberland, Peterborough Area, as well as Peel Region.

I have built my real estate career by always focusing on a great client experience. I believe that an open dialogue and strong communication is essential to having a successful REALTOR®/Client relationship.
